Bikini Season!

It’s that time of year where we really need to crack down on our diet and get in shape to look sexy for those summer waves.  

 

 

I always like to start with a healthy lemon juice, apple cider 🍏 cleanse that I drink in the morning or night mixed with plenty of h2o so not to put to much acidity on my teeth. 

 

Then setting a workout goal where you do the same thing every morning or night.  My favorite is the beach body workout from Kayla Itsines you can follow her guides and download her app.   I’m including a few sneak preview workouts.  So start today! 

 

Remember to be kind with your progress take baby steps, don’t stop pushing yourself daily, drink plenty of water, and don’t forget to wear your sunscreen.
